Samsung Omnia Cell Phone review – Does Omnia is Better Than IPhone???

Intro about..
Samsung is trying to retains Creativity and satisfaction to the cell Phone market. Its Latest release is  Omnia i900 which is a very good Home windows Cell  phone with a Large number of features. will it get up our evaluation or be shot down like a pigeon?
Design
It holds a really inspiring look with  the touchscreen phone market, its black and silver color scheme doesn’t make up for its lacking. The Samsung Omnia phone is made up of a plastic casing  making it very light. While the iPhone was manufactured from steel and glass, and its next technology (the 3G) was made up of plastic and glass combo, the Omnia display just falls wanting what we have been expecting.
A good display  makes the Omnia very pleasant when watching movies or surfing the internet, and the dimensions is just about excellent as well. It slides right into your pocket with out bulking it up. However, don’t get your hopes up! Large-fingered people might have issue, with no stylus, we wonder how many individuals will manage its use.

Features
The Samsung Omnia comes with Opera Cellular 9.5 preinstalled making the web browsing a great experience, along with Wi-Fi and HSDPA technologies included. Similar to the iPhone, you can zoom in and out of net pages by merely tapping the display; although, the display screen isn’t as responsive because the iPhone’s. Whereas good competition to other Windows Mobile opponents, the display responsiveness isn’t fairly up to the iPhone’s capability. Whereas the iPhone cannot, the Samsung Omnia i900 can edit documents and even send e mail with its Office and Change support. In addition to, the phone doesn’t lag down when navigating by it. While it doesn’t compare to a blackberry the touchscreen interface tops most Home windows Cellphones with the power to type out messages on its bespoke on-screen keyboard.

Google Maps will work with this GPS enabled handset. Although sat-nave comes at a value, there are no major faults with the GPS system on this phone. Adding to its options is its 5-megapixel camera which disgustingly enough offers disappointing image quality. Fairly than Xenon flash, the telephone is supplied with a simple LED light instead. Nevertheless, as disappointing as it is, the digital camera has some options that are impressive. Such because the smile detection characteristic that snaps a photograph as soon as someone smiles – proficient indeed! Along with its auto-panorama mode that takes panoramic photographs easily.
Music and video capabilities are significantly featured with the Omnia as well. Supporting many music audio file codecs, even the OGG format, makes the music participant price it along with a simple to use music player. DivX, Xvid, and MPEG-4 support for video capabilities make the video experience gratifying! Need more space? Throw in your 8GB microSD card! However, it lacks the beloved 3.5mm headphone jack.
Efficiency
Whereas it is said to have 450 hours of idle time and 10 hours of talk time, the telephone usually lasts around 2 days. That’s, depending on which options you use on a regular basis. It additionally has high quality audio, together with the speakerphone.
Conclusion
The Omnia lacks some features that the iPhone accommodates, nevertheless consists of ones it will possibly’t handle as well. Video, Workplace documents, and MMS are all options included with the Omnia. Whereas a Qwerty keyboard would be nice, the phone is somewhat exciting and pleasant regardless.

Window 7 tricks... Use Hidden Wallpaper and themes

  1. Use hidden International Themes & Wallpapers

  1. When you first install Windows 7, it asks for  language, time and currency. Based on your Selection, it installs a set of wallpapers and themes. If you choose English (United States) for your time and currency format, for example, the available desktop backgrounds and themes will include a United States section with scenery from locations such as Maine, the Southwest and so on.

Hidden, though, are background scenery and themes from other English-speaking countries -- Australia, Canada, Great Britain and South Africa. Normally, you can't access those backgrounds or themes, but there is a simple way you can install and use them.

1. In the search box in the Start menu, typeC:\Windows\Globalization\MCT and press Enter. (Note: If Windows 7 is installed in a drive other than C:, use that letter instead.)

2. Windows Explorer will launch and show you a list of subfolders underC:\Windows\Globalization\MCT: MCT-AU, MCT-CA, MCT-GB, MCT-US, and MCT-ZA. Each subfolder has wallpapers for a specific country: AU for Australia, CA for Canada, GB for Great Britain, US for the United States, and ZA for South Africa.

For any of the countries whose wallpaper and themes you want to use, go into its Theme folder, for example, C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT\MCT-ZA\Theme. Double-click the theme you see there (for example ZA).

3.That will install a shortcut to the theme and wallpapers in the Personalization section of Control Panel.
Now enjoy new wallpapers
